“I started taking this supplement one week ago ( one dissolved tablet in the morning ) , which has no side effects on the stomach or intestine , like many other magnesium supplements . On the second day of the intake i already felt significantly less exhausted and tired ; This improvement is persisting . I would highly recommend this product :))) .”

“These are great, feeling well since taking it. The only think is it really increases my going to the loo, not ideal if you're going to be out a lot that day. This is not bad, but just something to be aware of.”
