“This reishi cacao has been a staple in my bedtime routine for some time now. There is only 500mg of reishi mushroom extract per packet, but it's very potent. It helps me relax before bed and I always wake up feeling well-rested in the morning after driniking it. Not to mention it's absolutely delicious and you can't even taste the otherwise very bitter mushroom.”
