“I like unflavoured Royal Blend, but i prefer Cinnamon Tingle,as I think you get more goodness from it. Anyway,I put this supplement in capsules using dropper,as not all of my children like spicy and sweet cinnamon taste, let alone unflavoured. This is our staple supplement all year round to support healthy bones and teeth. And price at Oceans Alive is best I can find. Very happy!”
