Hi, Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your parcel. According to the tracking details, we dispatched this order on 19/11/2022. Unfortunately, there have been delays due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes, but it appears that delivery was attempted on 26/11/2022, however, no one was available. A member of our customer service team replied to your email on 30/11/2022 outlining how to arrange a redelivery, which looks like it has now been arranged. “Hi there! I have bought this product after one month of stomach disorder, bloating , lost of appetite and weight (5kg in one month). After first dose i felt good ( 2 ml ) with effect in 4 hours time. I can feel the product giving me back my stomach after so long . I have appetite again, recommend this product and follow instructions.”
