“It's very good in putting me to sleep. But I still wakeup in between and cannot sleep after. Force myself to sleep, then sleep until 10am! Only tried a week. It might change in coming days . But in future I will continue only with Magnesium glycinate”

“I love taking this magnesium ,I suffer with Tritus For several years and I have tried so many Different type of magnesium I haven’t find any as good as this one it’s relaxes my body ,it also gives me a good night sleep is the best so far for me”
