“Bought this on spec as it seemed just the thing for that moment when you need a snack but don't want to eat rubbish. Tried it, loved it and bought lots more. It's got a very acceptable taste, contains cinnamon so you have to like that and there isn't a huge amount but it is filling enough the size it is. It is a tad gloopy so it would be useful to have some water ready to help it go down. It is sold in small pouches with a screw top, my only concern is whether or not the packaging can be recycled because otherwise there's a lot of waste involved. I was surprised to find this is made in Sweden and so far Ocean's Alive seems to be one of the very few stockists. I'm hoping it proves popular and they then consider stocking some of the other very attractive products they make. Recommended for a tasty on the go snack that is sugar free and low carb. Thumbs up from me.”
