“NO PRODUCT, NO REFUND ? - We've ordered a product over a month ago. Never arrived (it seems like Royal Mail just lost it). We have emailed the company for refund, they said they will sort it and refund a.s.a.p. - that was 16 days ago. Since that there has been neither reply nor money (approx £45). I wish I could write a good review... Certainly NOT happy.”
