“My chocolate bars arrived completely melted! I sent several emails with photos. When chocolate melts in is compromised and does not last as long. The chocolate bars are discolored now and I do not feel safe to eat them. Basically Oceans told me no refunds and this happens a lot. Very poor customer service. The package was not labeled heat sensitive. I am very disappointed.”

Hi June, I am sorry for the issue you had. This is a UK product primarily for the UK market. It is designed to withstand UK temperatures. For your zone in the world, transport temps can not be guaranteed so the chocolate was not in the perfect condition, for which we can only apologise.
