“I’m wearing it for the first time and there is a tear in the outside in front of my left pocket. I’m so disappointed. It’s a great product, but am upset that I received a damaged product.”

We appreciate your kind words about the vest and the opportunity to look into this with you.
“Its a nice warm vest. Will be great this Fall and Winter. I grt cokd very fast becausevof my autoimmune disease.
The vest was a bit too small, and even though it was an open box item, I had worked with a great customer service rep., Luke, and he was able to do the exchange for me. Dedpitr, the additional shipping and return charges, the new vest didn't take too long to arrive, and it fits great now. Thanks Luke and Oro for letting me exchange it! Highly recommend this vest!”
“This was a new with tags item minus the battery pack As stated in the discription
I purchased this for my wife for her Birthday not knowing that ORORO brand has its own type of conector from the battery to the product as i was going to use my own usb power bank so long story short i had to also buy her a ORORO battery pack as this was our first ORORO product but definitely not our last.
If you already have ORORO products or ORORO Battery packs than this is the perfect item for you.”
“I love my heated vest for our chilly morning dog walks! I will say I'm glad I sized up to an XL, because a Large would not have zipped. I do like the fact that the battery goes further towards the back than like my husband's jacket that sits close to the pocket so you feel lopsided.”
