“I receive an Ororo heated jacket as a gift. The battery sadly wouldn’t charge after a few hours of use. I contacted customer service which was super easy. They ask for a short video and explanation of what’s happening when I charge it and then sent me a new battery which I received in 2 days. Very easy to work them and I will continue to be a customer!”

I mailed ours with the first battery in its original box like u was asked to do. The replacement battery does charge but would be nice to have a charger for it.”
