I bought a vest and the battery would not charge after the first month. I reached out to customer service, had to fill out a short form and submit some photos, and within a few days I had a new battery replacement. I did not have to return the old one either. Very impressive!! I love this vest.

The in person technical assistance was great. She led me through several attempts to reset the battery, one of which was briefly successful. My technician even reached out to see if her recommendations had worked. When the battery died the second time, the return process was painless and efficient and we received the replacement battery quickly. My only complaint is taking multiple videos of the lights was something of a pain. Again, the technical staff are the best!

The vest is great. It needs a better long lasting battery that doesn’t take 6 or more hours to charge.

Received this battery as a replacement for the one that came with the vest. If buying one of the heated vest you might want to consider buying an extra battery. One to charge while using one.I wouldn't recommend a replacement as this is the second battery I have tried. Battery life dose'nt hold, and no where near what is stated in the litterature. Charging time is long.

I wrote to them concerning my battery and was amazed at their quick response. My battery was covered under the warranty and they sent me a replacement. Their correspondence was prompt and I received my replacement quickly.
