“Have had problems w battery since I bought it for my husband at Christmas time. This is our 3rd battery. Seems to work great. But it's April in Florida and can't really test it. I will say that Ororo's Customer Service agents were fantastic, very easy to deal with and quite helpful.”

“My son gifted my husband with an Ororo heated sweatshirt. My husband, at 96 years of age, is always cold. (This winter has been especially hard on him.) This heated shirt is a godsend. Unfortunately after one wearing, the battery pack didn't charge.
I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement battery after registering the shirt under warranty.
Dealing with their customer service was pleasant and gratifying. I highly recommend this company.”
