“My son gifted my husband with an Ororo heated sweatshirt. My husband, at 96 years of age, is always cold. (This winter has been especially hard on him.) This heated shirt is a godsend. Unfortunately after one wearing, the battery pack didn't charge.
I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement battery after registering the shirt under warranty.
