“Customer service was great. Yolanda helped me through the process. She was kind and patient. I was having trouble charging the battery. I contacted customer service. They were on top of things. They sent me a new one quickly. Very nice company to deal with.”

“I contacted Ororo about a defective battery and was told I needed to send the old one back in order to replace. Once I did that, along with the charing cord, (with pre-paid postage provided by Ororo) I was quickly sent a new one, plus a new cord and charging block. This one works great - BUT I had to pay $10 in advance for shipping to get a replacement battery. I feel like this was unnecessary. Unfortunately, I did not have a choice as I needed the battery. The battery charge does not last more than 6-8 hours, so I am constantly charging overnight. I love this vest, but the battery life is pretty bad and I feel like I should not have had to pay the $10 shipping to replace a defective one.”

“I received an Ororo heated coat for Christmas and enjoy it very much. The battery took an abnormally long time to charge however. I contacted customer service about the issue. Service was courteous and professional. A replacement battery was received promptly. Great product and customer service. Would highly recommend”
