They sent a return label and sent the replacement as soon as I put the battery in the mail. I was very pleased because as I told them I was spoiled and didn't want to be without my heated vest!”

The customer service rep was more than happy to replace the battery at no charge - even without a receipt -- she even followed up with me a couple times to make sure I was providing the information and to confirm I received the battery. “I’m extremely disappointed. I got a coat and battery as a gift. I love the coat; it’s so warm, and its heat makes my outdoor hobbies way more enjoyable when it’s cold. BUT the battery does not last ten hours on low—given the insane price of the battery, I expect way more. This is my second one, as they replaced the first (new) one with a (refurbished) one, only for it, too, to not meet the ten hour threshold. I’ll fully charge it again and give it one more go, but as of now, Ororo makes a great product with falsely-advertised, overpriced batteries.”
