My battery for my heated vest failed and even though it was out of the warranty window, Ororo customer service replaced it for me. I love their products and will definitely buy from them again.

I receive an Ororo heated jacket as a gift. The battery sadly wouldn’t charge after a few hours of use. I contacted customer service which was super easy. They ask for a short video and explanation of what’s happening when I charge it and then sent me a new battery which I received in 2 days. Very easy to work them and I will continue to be a customer!

Christmas gift for my daughter. Jacket is beautiful but battery would not charge. Ri requested a replacement. Very quick to reply and ship. Battery arrived in an open torn box with no charging cord. I mailed ours with the first battery in its original box like u was asked to do. The replacement battery does charge but would be nice to have a charger for it.

I purchased a vest as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves the vest but was disappointed when the battery didn't work. The battery problem was quickly solved when a new battery was issued! The support agent was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Now my husband considers the vest his favorite gift!
