I bought an jacket for my husband for Christmas and the battery was malfunctioning only a month later. Once verified Ororo sent me a new one right away. I only had to pay shipping.

I purchased a secondary battery for my husband's vest at the Great American Outdoor Show in pennsylvania. When I got home we went to charge the battery, and realize there was an issue and seemed to be nothing to grab the charger. Upon further review with customer service, it was determined the pin was broken inside of the battery. They immediately sent that a replacement and I received it within 3 days. Hassle-free, and very efficient. So not only am I thrilled with the heated vest that we purchased, customer service was equally as wonderful. Highly recommend.

I have purchased several products and truly love them all! This was the first time that I had an issue with anything and the customer service team did an outstanding job on getting the replacement! Kuddo's to your team!

I love my Ororo jacket and after having a battery issue they immediately sent me a replacement. Their customer service is excellent.

My original battery did not perform as expected. Customer service responded quickly and personally and arranged for a return and replacement. They sent a return label and sent the replacement as soon as I put the battery in the mail. I was very pleased because as I told them I was spoiled and didn't want to be without my heated vest!
