I think all coats should have a longer charge if you wear it on high for 3 hours this was purchased for my 84 year old mom who works the outdoor recess during lunch and I was so excited to give her this coat to find out it wasn’t fully charging and when it came to getting the replacement it took too long and on the coldest day of the year in Chicago last week -10 she didn’t get to wear her coat because we were waiting for the battery. I should’ve been told from the initial email that they would send me a return postage label. I had no idea I was going to have to mail the battery in and they would not send out a new one until they received the nonworking battery from start to finish. It was probably a 12 to 14 day turnaround time. Unacceptable for a new customer.

I had excellent customer service to have the battery replaced. I was hesitant to reach out to begin with because I believe it was a non refundable item. However, the fact that the battery rattled I had a feeling it wasn't going to work, but still tried it. When I reached out to explain the situation I immediately got a response and I was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you!

We had purchased one of the heated jackets but unfortunately it had a defective battery. We contacted customer service and within 2 days the issue was resolved and we were sending the defective battery back and getting the new one all within a week. I am very impressed with their customer service and their products.

Long process for a warranty with lots of back and forth. That being said, I got a quick response to my issue. Initial finding said it was a faulty jacket so I had to pay $10 to get a new jacket shipped. The jacket didn’t work, turns out the battery was the issue. So then I had to wait even longer for a battery to be shipped. Great customer service, my biggest complaint is having to pay for shipping on a replacement jacket that ended up not even being the issue.

With a few emails, I was able to return my faulty battery and receive a new one at no charge. Very easy process.
