“The battery and charger I have now are top notch. However, at first I got a malfunctioning battery, with only a cord, and no charger. Then, after much documentation trouble, I received a new, working battery, but it was sent without cable AND charger. Finally, I received the correct charger and cable, but without any acknowledgment from the customer service team that someone had made a mistake and that they were sorry for my troubles. So: product good. Service soso.”
