“In many cases these are open boxes or returns. I have never had an issue with the outlet purchased battery packs. They all work like they are suppose to. Ororo wouldn’t sell them otherwise if there were issues with them.”

“I ordered two of the mini 5k … “open box” neither came with the charge cable ! But both look to be unused and in unused shape ! One box was ripped …. That’s it !!! Haven used them as of yet but ….. hopefully they work as good as they look !”
