“When the open box battery came the battery was worth the price but the charging cable wasn’t in the box. Luckily, I already had a charger cable so it didn’t affect me.”

“I ordered a size large vest even though according to the measurements I would be a medium. It was so tight I cannot pull it close enough to zipper and since I ordered and open box I cannot exchange. This was not posted clearly when I bought it. So buyer beware of sizing if you buying an “ open box” because now I’m stuck with a $100 vest I can’t use.”
