“After charging the pack, I went to connect it to my father's new vest. It was at this point we found that the jack was broken. The pack charged just fine, but it cannot connect to the vest because the DC output port is broken. If you look into the hole in the pack, you can see straight into the battery pack.”
Hi Matt, thanks for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about this and understand how frustrating it must be, especially with a new item. Our customer service team is aware of this and will be reaching out to you directly to help review and resolve the matter. Thank you for your patience.
“You can tell by the care ororo takes in packaging their products that it is great quality stuff. I bought this for my husband who is 5'11" 190lbs and realized it fit me instead ( I am 5'5" 140lbs and usually wear a medium). I kept this Large for me and quickly reordered an XL for him. It fits him perfectly and he was very impressed with the quality and overall feel of the coat. He is excited to use it when touring construction job sites for work, and at our cabin this winter. He said it was his favorite Christmas gift this year!”
