With the array of Coats and vests that my wife has and loves, it is necessary to have additional batteries.We love all the Ororo products that we have purchased and believe they are, by far, the best on the market!!!

This is the battery that goes with the heated coat. Without it, the coat isn't heated.

The battery only lasts hour and half on high settings. Has lasted 2.5 hours on medium. This was after a full charge

I ordered two batteries and only received one. Frustrating but, when I took pictures and explained my problem, a new battery was sent out immediately. Love the quick and understanding responce. Thanks, love the product!

I have several others and they all seem to work well. I do have 1 that has a small defect. When charging the little indicator lights don’t all work. It’s a bit of guessing game with this one.
