“General household USB charger plugs do not work as they cannot supply the neccessary power to charge the battery. Must purchase a separate plug and make sure it meet the specs of the battery.”
Hi Brent, thank you for your review. Sorry for the unhappy shopping experience. To reduce our environmental impact, we no longer include a charger with our heated apparel.
