“The batteryr works HOWEVER i ORDERED ON LINE THE REPLACEMENT. The order said out of stock they'd notify when battery available. Well, 2 weeks passed, i wanted a battery I wanted my vest. I called and was informed that battery was NEVER GOING TO BE AVAILABLE = i WAS TO ORDER THIS ONE. Good news 2 weeks late, why still offer the old one on line.”

“My wife had mislaid the adaptor & cable. Buying a replacement adapter & charger was difficult and required buying a battery also. While the heated gilet complete was originally easily purchased on Amazon, the "spare parts" had to be via Ororo direct. The cost for the parts ended up much more than the original gilet complete”
