“This battery worked fine until I tried to plug in the recharge cord. The Ororo recharge cord does not go all the way in, so there's no connection. I have an Anker cord that does fit, and recharged the battery fully. However, the Ororo instruction say to only use an Ororo recharge cord, so I don't know if the battery will die sooner.”

“The battery charge lasts longer than I anticipated however it is much heavier than I thought it would be. I was thinking the battery wouldn't be noticeable in the vest but it is quite heavy on the left side.”

“I received my new cooling jacket and the battery was not taking a full charge. I have 3 of your heated vests and have experienced black top of line with dual buttons , a light grey lightweight vest and a dark beige vest and I have battery problems with each of them. I love your vest but the batteries seem to be an issue here. I recently ordered your pillow cases 18x18 grey and 18x18 brown . Both have had a battery problem as well . I am currently waiting on a replacement battery for the pillow cases.”
