“The battery would not fully charge. I need to contact Ororo and let them know. There are 4 bars that charge. Only 3 would charge. I had purchased another jacket, using the same batter and all 4 bars on that battery charges. The batteries are good. I think I just got a bad one.”

“This battery worked fine until I tried to plug in the recharge cord. The Ororo recharge cord does not go all the way in, so there's no connection. I have an Anker cord that does fit, and recharged the battery fully. However, the Ororo instruction say to only use an Ororo recharge cord, so I don't know if the battery will die sooner.”

“The battery charge lasts longer than I anticipated however it is much heavier than I thought it would be. I was thinking the battery wouldn't be noticeable in the vest but it is quite heavy on the left side.”
