“It came in a small box, and i call this a little bomb. it heats up my vest so fast. I may order another one for a backup. it uses port c charger which we use for an iphone so don’t have to carry bunch of chargers.”

It usually means the charger/cable isn’t providing enough power to top it off. Please try charging the battery using a wall outlet with a compatible charger (for PD batteries, we recommend a 24W+ PD adapter) and make sure you’re using the original ororo charging cable, with all connections firmly secured. It’s also best to charge at room temperature (about 41°F–113°F / 5°C–45°C), as very cold environments can slow or limit charging.
