“Very beautiful casket. We paid extra $300 for the promise of having it delivered the next day; however, we ended up having to go pick it up. Didn't get a refund on the $300 but overall it is a very nice casket.”

“I was very pleased with this caskets. I loved the lilac color on the outside although it was much lighter than pictured. I loved the engraving inside the casket, and the flower appearance on the outside of the casket.”

“The person I “chatted” with talked me into expedited shipping so I had to pay extra for it. I wrote in the instructions to have it delivered on Tuesday. The casket arrived the Friday before. I did not need to do expedited so that was an extra $200 I should not have had to pay for.”
