“10/10!!! Absolutely amazing customer service from their team. After I had placed the order I do admit I typed out the wrong word, I'm so grateful that their art team picked up on it and gave me a call to work it out the very next day. She was a lovely lady and was very clear about what we could do, after 5 minutes! the problem was resolved.
Their pricing is honestly very good (the product, shipping and the different types of insurance they provide) especially for these high quality products. When looking at other brands the prices were anywhere from $70 - $120 AUD (those prices were without shipping and insurance) which I find very ridiculous because you would only be purchasing a plain flask and without the extra items you get from this product.
I still can’t believe how fast my order was delivered. IT CAME IN ONLY 2 DAYS, 2 FLIPPING DAYS!!! Amazing, wonderful and perfect if your running out of time to buy a present like me
The product its self came exactly how it’s was described/ what was depicted in the photos. The engraving seemed to be effortless and absolutely beautiful , zero scratches or marks.
It came in simple but elegant box, very nicely packed
