“Very quiet and easy to set up and operate. The unit is attractive and you almost forget you have it on until it kicks up to a higher speed to remove particulate (open door in summer, cooking bacon etc). It does not remove odors nor was it designed for that purpose. We are very happy and now own three units for peace of mind. Hopefully it will help during seasonal flu season.”
“First of all, when you receive your machine, don't trust the video "how to use airsoap " in youtube. There is another filter with the pastic bag and they don't mention it in the video.
And the nightmare will happen when you see the red light is on. If you go and clean it, no matter how hard you try, it still dirty and you hand will have a lot of black dust/carbon(no sure what it is). It is difficult to remove it from your hand. Yes, their selling point is no filter exchange. However, there is no video to tell you how to clean it. No instructions. And you will know what Iearn when you clean it the first time. I spend 2.5 hours tried to clean it 4 times and another hour to clean my hand and the dirt on the sink.
When I tried to compare the performance with my Dyson HP04, HP04 did reach very fast and warning that the VOC/NO2 Level is raising. I really have no idea about how well the airsoap is. I only see it in green light. Never in yellow or orange. Is it really working? I have no idea.
I don't trust this unit and it just give me a hard time on cleaning the filter. I just treat it as a fan in my room and I still use my other air purifier, which need to replace the filter one. And at least, my HP04 give me something I can believe the figure.
And ine last thing, it size is very big, when comparing to the other air purifier. You will find it difficult to put it in the room....”
