“I bought the pro version thinking as it was larger I could sanitize more items but not true. My tv remotes for instance do not fit and they are supposedly one of the most bacteria ridden things in the home. Neither do most of our keys. Wish I'd gotten the regular version.”

“It's so big and it's very plasticky . I actually returned it few days later though I had to wait for ever for a refund. It's totally unnecessary. You can just sanitise your phone with alcohol. Takes a lot less time than 5-15 minutes, it costs a lot less and it takes no time. This is just an unnecessary gadget exploring a current trend.”
“Overall, I like the product. My criticism is due to the months long delay (5 months) to receive the product. I also wish the device had a switch that actives it, rather than being automatic. The device automatically cycles when it is opened and then closed. So I fear that this will shorten lifespan as it cycles one more time when you remove your item after it's sanitized.”
