“I assume it’s doing its job, I have no way of knowing. The design is quite simplistic which is great but there’s one design flaw that seems easy to have avoided: the case starts a sterilization cycle whenever it is closed. That’s great until you discover that it starts another cycle when you’re done with a phone cleaning and remove the phone - when you close the case it starts another cycle without anything in and there’s nothing you can do about it other than unplugging it. It seems like a button activation would have been exceedingly easy to implement to avoid this odd energy wasting quark.”
Dear Reviewer,
The PhoneSoap Pro has two different modes: automatic and manual. The default setting is automatic mode. This means that every time you open and close your unit, it will automatically run a 5-minute cycle, even if there is nothing in it. To switch to the manual mode, you hold down the touch-sensitive lightning bolt for 3-5 seconds or until the icon blinks and beeps, indicating the switching of modes. Manual mode requires you to touch the lightning bolt every time you close the unit to begin the cycle.

“I saw this on an episode of Shark Tank. I was excited to buy on and try it out. I love how simple it is to use and use it daily. I drop my keys, phone, glasses, pens, hair clips... anything that will fit! I love it! Definitely recommend!”
