“this is the only one to get :
- powered by USB-C (no need for a barrelplug)
- (4) lighting elements (2 shining from the top, 2 from the bottom)
- twice as fast as the basic version
it's lovely when deciding is this easy”
“Honest truth review- I ordered this Phonesoap to replace one I have had that no longer works.
Received it promptly…. And it did not work. Tried numerous plugs - nothing. I called customer support first and got a recording, it directed me to “Chat” - more recorded messaging, then tried online repair instructions - wanted me to replace a light bulb. Where ? How do I access this light bulb ? No instructions for that. It took me several tries to get a return label … finally received the label and I sent it back for a refund. Now 2 weeks later and STILL no refund . My first experience with your company, 3 years ago, was great … this time it seems more like a scam than a legitimate business.”

“The device works well. The only problem with the delivery was that I received a charger with an American plug.
I live in Australia.
I have contacted the sender and received a preliminary reply.
I am waiting to receive the correct wall charger.”
“On a general and basic level, we understand how UV light inactivates bacteria. As such, we believe the product works on a trust/consumer level. However, if there was a way to have "visible" evidence to know that the light is still working as efficiently as it should, or even just "visible" evidence that it works, it would provide a stronger feel of confidence. I am not sure a method to provide visible confirmation to a typical homeowner, exists, but it might help.”
“PhoneSoap still hasn't fixed an old design flaw. They use a hall effect sensor and a magnet to detect whether the device is open or closed. That's not a flaw. The flaw is that they have something ferric near the sensor, and so the magnet holds the device closed. Unless you forgot to pay the gravity bill, gravity will keep it closed. The problem with the magnet and ferrous material is that the strength of attraction is greater than the weight of the bottom half of the device, so if you grab the lid and lift, the whole device lifts up instead of opening up. They tried adding some sticky material to the bottom to make it stick to your desk or table, but that's a bad fix for anyone who wants to move the device around. There's probably a steel screw that could be replaced with a non-magnetic stainless steel screw, but they haven't gotten that far with their design.”
