“I really like the simplicity and design of this product for the most part. It is sleek, fast and just beautiful. My issue is the difficulty with which this product opens. Please create a design that opens a little easier. Maybe an easy push button would be nice. Otherwise, great product. Also, the ordering process is simple, but the shipping time for me was long. This was a birthday gift from my son (April birthday). I got the product in June or July. However, out of all of my sanitizers, I feel like this one works the best to sanitize my phone.”
