“I love my PhoneSoap pro. It's quick and simple. Only thing that I don't like is that I cannot see inside to make sure all the bulbs are working. However, one cycle and my phone has a distinct and temporary smell that tells me the device is working. Would highly recommend.”
“I purchased the PhoneSoap Pro for the quick turnaround time in cleaning (5 minutes). It worked fine but then a bulb broke so I sent it back for repair. PhoneSoap actually sent me a new unit which was great. The new unit takes 8-18 minutes to run through a cycle when it's supposed to be 5. It's annoying but I didn't want to send it back yet again. However, it's too expensive to not be working as advertised out of the box. The light comes on so I'm assuming it works correct.”
“I like this product. I fits my set of keys, a phone, a pair of glasses, a few credit cards (not all at once). It sanitizes in about 5 minutes or you can leave it on longer. It is easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter. I'm glad I purchased it, and am considering a larger model to be able to fit more of my larger items.”
“Received the original one broken with the glass cracked & the Lightning sign would keep turning red (which I thought was normal till I googled it). What made things worse was the fact that when I sent the device back it was replaced by a used refurbished one with a scratch even though it was so expensive.”
