“It seems that the phone soap works good but how do you really know...i don't have a lab to test that. I have used another brand of a similar phone cleaner and it didn't work as in it didn't light up on inside at all. I can actually see the light on in this unit. That's a plus. Only negatives are 1. getting it open it is not easy to pry it open each time to use it. And 2. i can't figure out how to keep this on manual turn on so i don't leave it plugged otherwise it goes back on when you close the lid. I think that it is worth the money because the unit itself seems sturdy and seems to work better than other types like it. Also 5 minutes is easy amount of time to let go of your phone and clean it.”
