“Seems to work fine, though I have to take that on faith. I have no way to confirm it is eliminating bacteria. Only two negative points: Lid is a bit difficult to open; a tab or notch would make it easier. Also, a switch/button to activate cycle would avoid duplicate cycles every time lid is opened/closed; manual setting requires manual timing. Assuming its effectiveness (no adverse reports to the contrary), it's a great device that gives a high level of confidence.”

1-offset tabs on front of top and bottom case to ease opening.
2-button activation instead of automatic. runs a complete 2nd cycle when removing a device because closing activates it.”
