“When it works, PhoneSoap is great! However, they are not very reliable. One bulb burned out after a few weeks use... and the power cable connection is not stable... often times turning off randomly.... i have sent my unit in for repair...that is also not any easy process... took a long time for customer service response and return authorization.... and still do not have a replacement unit back yet... so, if yours works, I'm sure you'll love it:)... for me, i have 3 units... and the build quality looks great...but in reality, is not very good.”

“We are very happy with this purchase. All our phones fit in this case, and we use it on our masks also. It is compact enough that we can leave it out, so it is easily accessible and it doesn't distract from our decor. We put cash through it because we have heard it is one of the biggest carriers of COVID.
Phone soap is very simple to use. I do wish it had a lip or something to help with opening it, but that's a minor inconvenience and probably just due to arthritis. Also, if you sanitize synthetic diamonds they may yellow for a few minutes after cleaning. I don't use it on them anymore because it made me nervous. Real diamonds are fine in it though!
In all, this product makes helps keep our family sanitary during these crazy times. This product is more than worth the money spent on it!”
