“I received my Pro model in May of 2020 and the bulbs burned out this month. The company was great about offering to repair the device; however, I received a refurbished replacement in the mail today. The replacement has multiple scratches on the top and it's obvious the previous owner did not take care of it. I would have rather kept mine with no scratches and replaced the bulbs myself.”
