No indents or tabs to help grip to open it.
Super stiff hinges on a lightweight cleaner means you cant open it while its laying on something.
You have to pick it up & open with 2 hands.
Who wants to use something that's a constant annoyance?
Not worth $125 when you can get a 4 bulb one for $20.

“Great! Easy to use. Ford both sides at once. Soft touch power button. Fits large phones, or glasses, or keys and a face masks. Won't fit a phone with a pop socket. Opening it is easy but it seems to need an indent so your finger can lift it open but it doesn't. You have to grab the whole lid to open it.”
“Luv my phone soap pro. It fits cell phones , glasses, keys etc .. and anything else that fits in the unit. Unfortunately I had a defective unit and I contacted customer service and was advised to send the unit back, I was a given a prepaid return label. The customer service is exceptional!! They told me it might take up to 4 weeks to look at my unit. I received a brand new unit in 4 weeks. They were true to their word, which means a lot to the customer. What a great company! 5 stars. Will recommend this company to my friends.”
“I bought the phonesoap when it first came out on QVC with Lori Grenier (a long time ago). Now with COVID I never worry about my ohone so I don't hesitate to use it when I'm out. I love it. I bought the large phonesoap that can hold an iPad (haven't received it yet) but I'm sure I'll be happy with it.”
