“Great! Easy to use. Ford both sides at once. Soft touch power button. Fits large phones, or glasses, or keys and a face masks. Won't fit a phone with a pop socket. Opening it is easy but it seems to need an indent so your finger can lift it open but it doesn't. You have to grab the whole lid to open it.”
“Luv my phone soap pro. It fits cell phones , glasses, keys etc .. and anything else that fits in the unit. Unfortunately I had a defective unit and I contacted customer service and was advised to send the unit back, I was a given a prepaid return label. The customer service is exceptional!! They told me it might take up to 4 weeks to look at my unit. I received a brand new unit in 4 weeks. They were true to their word, which means a lot to the customer. What a great company! 5 stars. Will recommend this company to my friends.”
“I bought the phonesoap when it first came out on QVC with Lori Grenier (a long time ago). Now with COVID I never worry about my ohone so I don't hesitate to use it when I'm out. I love it. I bought the large phonesoap that can hold an iPad (haven't received it yet) but I'm sure I'll be happy with it.”
“After buying 3 UV-C devices online at Amazon from China and doing LOTS of research into them, all were fake. They simply used UV-A light that doesn't kill anything, they just used UV LEDs. A true UV-C LED costs $10-$20 each. To output the same UV-C light the PhoneSoap pro, it would take 30 UV-C to produce the same output as the bulbs in the PhoneSoap pro. Because of nature of UV-C being highly destructive to bacteria and viruses, a UV-C LED must be made of brass and quartz window to emit proper UV-C in the wave length to do the proper job. Don't fall for these fake products, as you think you phone is clean but actually just as dirty - a false sense of security.
The PhoneSoap Pro will sanitize a Nintendo Switch, just disconnect the joy cons and sanitize them separately, then sanitize the main unit.
Very good customer support and care from the PhoneSoap company. Thanks for producing a REAL sanitizer!”
