“I purchased 3 PhoneSoap Pros...2 were Christmas gifts for my daughter and college student granddaughter. All has gone well for the most part. My unit no longer works as it's "in use " light continually turns red. My daughter called and spoke to a representative and we were given suggestions that might get it working correctly again. But...phooey...these did not work :( My family members use my daughter's unit which we keep by the back door which keeps us diligent in keeping our phones, cards, and keys sanitized. Thank you for creating such a timely product.”
