“Actually I've only had my PhoneSoap Pro for about a week and then one of the uv bulbs on top was bent and it stopped working (red light). When it worked, it really gave me a peace of mind knowing that my phone and its case was clean. I have even put my masks in to be sanitized as well!
I'm super grateful for their customer service team. They were able to get me a new one within about a week and a half after I sent it back for repairs.
The only change I'd like to see is having a glass panel to protect the top uv bulbs too.”
