“This is one of those things that you don't really know for sure that it works unless you put your phone (or whatever device) under a microscope to see if killed the microbes. But I am trusting PhoneSoap to be truthful in the devices efficacy claims so therefore I really think this thing is great.
Occasionally I get a "Red " LED light on the lid indicating that something went wrong. I had to get customer service to tell me what this meant because it's not listed anywhere on their instructions/website. Apparently the red LED means that the unit could be overheated or a bulb burnt out. I get this alarm LED occasionally so I guess it's a minor issue.”
