“The phoneSoap Pro is the Rolls Royce of sanitizers for build quality. It is quality crafted inside and out. The first unit I ordered way back when it was in pre order mode had an issue with it. I was not happy with having to send it back for repair. I contacted PhoneSoap again and corresponded with a very nice lady named Nicholle. She was super nice and apologized for my issue with the unit. She offered to send me a new unit and I agreed to send the bad unit back. The new unit arrived and it works perfectly. I am very happy with the unit and I was very pleased with the way customer service (Nicholle) treated me.
