“Nice device to sanitize your mobile phone or anything that will fit in the device. I am much more diligent about cleaning my phone since receiving my PhoneSoap Pro. A suggestion for future models would be to include a handle to open the device. Presently with no handle to grip, it is a bit tricky to open the lid.”
“I was disappointed in your customer service. Couldn't add a gift card. No way to tell the six (6) different people that we're getting the gift that it was coming from me for Christmas. I even spoke with two different CS people who said it as the set up to help w that info. And The invoices with PRICE OF EACH GIFT were included in the six gifts too. Disappointing.”

- Powerful lamps.
- UV-C covers the items inside the box from all sides at once giving the user a peace of mind.
Cons:
- Opening the lid requires the use of both hands. Small lips on each side of the product would have been very handy to allow the opening of the lid with one hand.
- The auto activation is not practical as it starts the cleaning when putting a device in... and after retrieving it. So one has to put it on manual so it is not active uselessly when empty.
- Lack of a glass/protection on the upper side of the product to protect the lamps as is the case on the bottom of the box.
Happy with the product but Chargeasap should improve it taking into account users' comments to make it better”
