A suggestion for future models would be to include a handle to open the device. Presently with no handle to grip, it is a bit tricky to open the lid.”

I even spoke with two different CS people who said it as the set up to help w that info. And The invoices with PRICE OF EACH GIFT were included in the six gifts too. Disappointing.”
