“I have no way of measuring its effectiveness so I am trusting them on that. I can, though, say that the unit could not be easier to use: open lid, insert phone, close lid, plug in, come back five minutes later and reverse the process.
So far I have just used it for my phone but imagine that I will also be suing it for credit cards, my DefenderShield earphones, possibly cash, and RoadID. Maybe my keys but I'm concerned about scratching the glass?”

“If you like their other products but don't like how long it takes for the process to be done, this is the product for you. Only issue I have is that dust seems to get under plastic, and the top light isn't really protected so there's a chance that it can break”

“First I ordered the Phone Soap 3 - but quickly decided was too small to fit anything else or my husband's keys on a large spring hook. Also, not that it was a huge deal, but is longer to disinfect. Sent back and reordered this Pro. It is a little bit larger but still won't do keys at same time unless small key holder and only a key or two, so disappointed in overall inside capacity.....BUT it only takes 5 min which goes very quickly. It is pretty big but does not have the height. Am afraid to use it for credit cards for fear of "wiping out " the data even though they show you can. Hope it is doing the job they say it will.”
