“It's much bigger inside than the version I had from years ago (2.0), which makes it easier to fit other things in. The magnet is also much stronger, which means it will stay closed on cases (which was an issue), but it is SUPER hard to open one handed. I usually leave it open for that reason, but it's tough when I forget.
I also like how they added a color to the lightening bolt. In the past I would run the phone through maybe twice because I couldn't remember for sure if I remembered it lighting up, since the USB connector got too lose and didn't work right... Which is why I had to buy this one. Hopefully it will last a lot longer but only time will tell for that one.”
“It works like a charm. My only constructive feedback is that I don't have a great place in my home to stick the feet on the Phonesoap to. I resorted to leaving it on a surface it can't adhere to. So, the shell of the Phonesoap is a bit hard to open with the feet having a surface to stick to.”

“The unit itself works well. The only thing I'd liked to have had on it would've been an area in the front middle to allow you to stead your fingers apart, use your thumbs to easily open the cover. As a person with mild arthritis I sometimes find it difficult to do so.”
