“We waited for two months to get our PhoneSoap wireless, it finally arrived. After numerous tries we have found that it does a great job of UV disinfection, but the wireless charging does not work at all. Maybe it will not eork through our cases, but every other Qi charger I have used has worked - except this one. I am satisfied with the primary purpose for the device - to disinfect my phone, so I will keep it, but I am disappointed overall in the performance and the huge wait to get the product.”
“Sanitize...great. Charging not so great. PS will only charge Samsung note 8 if I remove protective case. Thats very inconvenient . USB attachment is great for Samsung watch2 charging .”
“I purchased the induction charging model but it does not work with my phone. I can get it to work if i remove the case but that defeats the purpose of cleaning it, the case is still not cleaned. I use wireless charging almost exclusively with my phone and i have do not have an issue with other chargers. It would appear i wasted my money on the wireless version.”
