I purchased a PhoneSoap 3 because I've gotten the flu or cold 3 times in 3 months. I firmly believe whatever I've been contracting is coming from the gym that I visit 6 times a week. I do use my phone in the gym and I also wipe down equipment before (if the person before me didn't) and after. I also usually wipes my hands with the same wet disinfecting wipe. However, I have not been wiping down my phone. I remembered seeing PhoneSoap somewhere and decided to check it out. So far I'm very happy with it. My only "complaints" about it are that I wish the sanitizing cycle was started with a button instead of just closing the lid. The reason is that I close my PhoneSoap after I remove my phone which starts an unnecessary cycle. I do understand the convenience and simplicity of just placing your phone and closing the PhoneSoap's lid. It would also be nice if the front of the unit had a finger indentation for opening the lid (the base could also be a liitle heavier so you can open the lid with one hand without the entire body lifting...see any Macbook for a perfect execution). I also wish that the grade of plastic used was a little "softer and thicker". Although there haven't been any problems, the plastic is of the shiny, brittle type. I think the shiny finish cheapens the appearance and feel. The interior also feels a little "toy like". It definitely doesn't feel like a premium product such as most anything from Apple. It doesn't feel necessarily feel cheap but it could use some tweaks.

Bought for a gift and the white PhoneSoap came with a black cord. I thought this was strange as my own, exact same one has a white cord. Ugh. Otherwise, it works well!

Arrived in open plastic bag! The item box was banged up like it had fallen out of bag several times before delivery. Very disappointed. Don’t even know if it works.

i love how clean my phone feels and looks after I put it in the Phone Sanitizer! My only wish is that I could add my sunglasses or other thicker items. But it's very good for my phone!

This is my second PhoneSoap. I use it for my phone but also my debit and other id cards as well as keys...works great.

Use this to sanitize my hearing aids as well as my cell phone. Works great! Not too large and only takes about 10 minutes.
