“I don’t think the bottom bulb works. Have been going back and forth with Daphne but issue has not been resolved. It takes days to get a follow up response and there is no way to speak to a person. I will not be buying another PhoneSoap. At least I got this one on sale. $40 down the drain.”

“Easy to use. There is no instructions to say if you have to remove phone cover, nothing to say to add charger cord if you want to charge phone while disinfecting phone, says charge for 10 minutes but nothing to say immediately remove or ok to leave longer. There's no shut off switch, so I have to unplug each time I use PhoneSoap 3. I'm assuming that my Samsung Galaxy F21 with a cover fits best in the PhoneSoap 3 or should I have selected another model. I did buy 4 to give as gifts. I'm hoping to have answers before I give the gifts.”
