“I bought this and I was skeptical about buying it and I am still feeling the same way because when you open the unit and you put your phone in your phone comes out the same it still has the same specs on it there's still smudges on it so how do you know this is cleaning your phone you wipe it down and it's still hard there's no moisture to it there's nothing so is it just a light that you put in there and you're saying that your phone is sanitized when in reality it's not there's no feel difference of cleanliness on this phone it feels exact same way you put it in comes out the sack same way so there's no cleanness to it there's no feel of sanitation done to this phone whatsoever you can't see inside of it when it's cleaning it quote quote so I don't know I just think there's something not right with this whole process and then you also other products as well to clean keyboards and stuff that doesn't look like it does anything either because the keyboard still looks dirty so how do you know 100% that the germs are being killed on these phones or gadgets or credit cards or whatever when there's nothing to show that it's been done 100% of what you guys are claiming it to do”
“I received a phone soap a year ago from my husband. He knows I care about germs in general and I carry my phone with me constantly. I use the Phone Soap every night when I charge my phone. The only negative about it is the challenge to open it since it doesn't have indentations or any type of grip on the exterior to open and close the unit. It obviously isn't that big of a negative for me since I bought 4 more as Christmas gifts.”
