The shipping has taken almost a month already, and this is after having to preorder it a month in advance of shipping (I made my purchase May 9, it shipped June 12, today is July 7). When I asked customer service for an ETA all they did was resend me my tracking number. I am looking forward to getting and using the device, but do not recommend buying one if you live outside of the continental USA. Otherwise, be forewarned it will take a LONG time to get to you.”
