“After waiting to get this product for months, it broke after one week. I believe mine was defective because it starting smelling burnt, after the 8th time I used it. However I contact customer service and the sent me a label to mail it back stating it would take another 2-3 weeks to get another phone soap. I think they are trying to pump these things out so fast they are missing some of the steps so these last. While I wanted for mine to arrive I recommended this product to about 20 people, I so hope theirs do not break in a week because its kind of a hassle to have to have one then not have one. ITs a third world problem. With other companies making the same thing at less of a price point made sure you are not buying a box with an LED light. Make sure you are getting UVC.”
