“I like the product and I think it works, but because it functions without any sort of visual confirmation that it's done its job--cleaned your phone-- I think on a psychological level people need some kind of sensory "pay-off " to indicate that the product has done something. From a product design standpoint, even something in the design that indicates that it's done-- like a click or an indicator that changes color or something else, rather than just the light silently shutting off--can provide that kind of feeling. Otherwise, it works and you kind of trust it, but there's no "joy " in it. If that makes any sense...”
“I love my phone soap and use it to sanitize my iPhone, Apple Watch, jewelry nail clippers, metal nail file & tweezers. I just wish it would fit the entire length of my Apple Watch band without having to remove one band from the watch.”
“This is very easy to use and sanitizes your phone in 10 minutes. Nothing can be easier. My Otterbox Defender case fits inside with a bit of room left over. I also put my watch with a metal band and rings in and it is sanitized just a quick. Well worth the investment.”
